Walmart FEMA-Looking Camp's New Building in California

A viewer sent pictures of a Walmart located at 701 W Central Ave, Lompoc, CA 93436. I checked it out on MAPS. You will discover that not only do they have the fenced in secured area outside like the other Walmarts, but now they have another wall barrier on the outside of it!  It is really creepy-looking.  

The viewer said that she took these photos behind Walmart. It appears some are buildings behind it. The windows look like prison windows.

Pay attention to your local Walmart at the changes taking place. It looks like they are fortifying the building. Please leave comments below with your thoughts.
